We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be thrilled with your purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and replacements:
Acrylic Lamps
- LED Issues? We use premium LED strips and DC adapters, designed to last for years. If the LED doesn’t work, let us know within 7 days. Simply send the lamp back, and we’ll replace it with a brand-new one FREE OF CHARGE. Plus, you can even choose a new design from our stock if you’d like!
- Damaged Stands or Panels? If the Acrylic Lamp Stand or Engraved Acrylic Panel is damaged, contact us within 3 days. Send it back, and we’ll create a new lamp for you at a reduced cost of £10 (material and shipping). Note: design replacements aren’t available in this case.
- Personalized Lamps: As these are custom-made just for you, they cannot be returned. The only exception is an LED fault reported within 7 days. Design replacements are not allowed.
Plywood
Wood has its quirks—natural twists and bows may appear, and these unique characteristics are part of its charm! Unfortunately, this means plywood items cannot be returned for such reasons.
- Cracks or Missing Parts? If your product arrives cracked or missing a piece, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra charge. Just notify us within 3 days and provide a clear photo—no need to send the item back!
