Acrylic Lamps
To make Acrylic Lamps we are using the best quality LED strips and DC Adapters. They have years of lifetime and are always double-checked before dispatching. If for some reason it’s faulty and LED doesn’t work let us know within 7 days. Send it back to us and we will replace it for a brand new one FREE OF CHARGE. In this case, the design change is allowed for any stock.
In case of a damaged Acrylic Lamp Stand or Engraved Acrylic Panel let us know within 3 days. Send it back to us and we can produce a brand new lamp for Material and Shipping cost CHARGE (10GBP) Design replacement is not allowed.
Personalised Acrylic Lamps can not be returned. 7 days LED fault is only one allowed exception. Design replacement is not allowed.
Plywood
As wood is a natural product, there is often a crook or bow to the sheet. The natural twist might be visible. They can not be returned in this case.
If any product is cracked or has a missing part we will replace it for a new one WITHOUT A CHARGE. Let us know within 3 days to get a replacement. You don’t need to send it back, but we requiring a proof picture.
